Artist Monthly residency
The HUB is a residency space in Oaxaca, Mexico where visiting artist can work on personal projects taht focus on co-production with the local indigenous communities under fari exchange of practices, knowledge all based in mutual respect. 
The month-long co-living experience is an invite-only gathering of experienced creatives and designers from around the world – facilitators, event producers, technologists, musicians, and people in STEM who are passionate about creating experiences that inspire awe and facilitate human connection. Specific to leaders in the world of experience design, ecology, mindfulness.
We're creating a place where humans can feel like humans again.
A stunning vista of the mountains yet near the city.
Private rooms, fast WiFI + co-working space, guided weekend experiences to nearby pueblos and nightly family dinners with the exception of the weekends when we have chefs meet and greets.
The perfect location. The property is surrounded by hiking & mountain bike trails, and is 20 minutes from Oaxaca City .
A culture of co-creation, ask/offer, and experimentation where all participants agree to respect the integrity and intellectual property of the local communities.
We'll have a film team capturing the magic & amplifying the brands, stories, and ideas of the participants.
We'll have a closing ceremony at the beach.

    Once we received in full this is what your trip includes 

    What the ALL INCLUSIVE payment includes:

    REFUNDS

    Can't make the trip after you purchase it, no problem! While all  trips are non refundable we want to make sure your investment doesn't go to waste, you are welcome to attend our next trip or you can gift the spot to someone else ( change fee may apply for market places changes witht he airlines) there are no refunds once you book but will happily transfer or change dates for you to visit ( some fees may apply)

    I understand that my investment helps fund social programs in Mexico indigenous communities and that this purchase is non refundable but transferable. I understand my partial payment can be applied to a future trip or be transferable to other guest of my choice at market cost of airfare.

    Sadly our communities have been plagiarized  and we want to warranty that all of our guest will respectful, please review the way we insure their their intelectual property is covered and respected durin your visit, by purchasing the trip you agree to the conditions below.

    I take responsibility for respecting the intellectual property of the artist and community of  creators with whom I will be visiting ensuring their process is respected and I accept that the pertinent measures of the case, if I do not comply with the above. I understand  that I'll be given access to the most authetic traditions and rituals of the indigenous communities in Mexico and if I bridge that trust the result of my negligence may carry criminal charges for breach of contract and plagiarism of intellectual property of the native pueblos of México.I further understand that I'll be treated with the same respect, loyalty and commitment Im offering and that this trip  is seeking a mutual beneficial relationship to enjoy the culture, enjoy the locations and be provided with a friendly reception to the authentic pueblos. I accept that the pertinent measures of the case, if I do not comply with the above. I  understand that the result of my negligence may carry criminal charges for breach of contract and plagiarism of intellectual property of the native pueblos of native México.
